Rachel brings over 10 years of HR consulting experiences which will bring authentic analytics to your organization. with experience in various compensation functions in major private and public organizations in different countries. Rachel has direct HR experiences in the following sectors: automobile, non-profit, IT, consulting, crown corporations, assets management, energy, banking, etc.

Rachel has rich rewards project management experiences and strong technical skills in job evaluation, salary structure, annual salary and incentive programs, total compensation benchmarking, global and expatriate compensation, etc.

Rachel is very familiar with compensation surveys like Mercer, Hewitt, Hay, McLagan, and Radford, etc. For technical skills, Rachel is proficient in MS PowerPoint, Excel (V-lookups, formulas, pivot tables, charts, Macro/VBA, data analysis add-ons) and Word. Rachel is also passionately improving automation practices with her Python skills.

Rachel is a WorldatWork Scholarship winner, Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP), Certified Compensation Professionsal (CCP), and Global Remuneration Professional (GRP). Rachel holds a Master degree in Human Resources and a Bachelor degree in Business Administration from the University of Toronto.

Rachel is fluent in English; native to Mandarin; and have conversational ability in French and Cantonese. Rachel lives in Toronto, Canada, loves Japanese food and garden, and is a savvy skier.
